Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.A DIA‐MS‐based proteomics analysis of serum samples from GB patients and healthy controls showed that high levels of IL1R2 and low levels of CRTAC1 and HRG in serum are associated with poor survival outcomes for GB patients. These circulating proteins could serve as biomarkers for the prediction of outcome in patients with GB.

On two-tape real-time computation and queues
Journal of Computer and System Sciences, 1984 A Turing machine with two storage tapes cannot simulate a queue in both real-time and with at least one storage tape head always within o(n) squares from the start square. This fact may be useful for showing that a two-head tape unit is more powerful in real-time than two one-head tape units, as is commonly conjectured.

Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.Carcinoma‐associated fibroblasts (CAFs) in tumors influence cancer progression. We identified endoglin (ENG) as a key factor in TGF‐β signaling in myofibroblastic CAFs (myCAFs), linked to poor breast cancer outcomes. Inhibiting ENG on myCAFs suppressed the TGF‐β‐Smad2/3 pathway, reducing primary tumor growth and metastasis.
