Time-frequency Analysis Techniques for Recognition and Suppression of Interrupted Sampling Repeater Jamming

open access: yesLeida xuebao, 2019
Through partial intercepting and multiple forwarding of a radar transmitting signal, Digital Radio Frequency Memory (DRFM)-based Interrupted Sampling Repeater Jamming (ISRJ) possesses advantages of small size, light weight, and flexibility.

Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...

Near Real Time Processing of DSM from Airborne Digital Camera System for Disaster Monitoring

open access: yes, 2008
Knowledge of accurate digital surface models (DSMs) is a valuable information for security authorities and organizations during emergencies, disasters, or big events. In this context, the potential of the recently developed digital optical camera system (

Subtype‐specific enhancer RNAs define transcriptional regulators and prognosis in breast cancers

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This study employed machine learning methodologies to perform the subtype‐specific classification of RNA‐seq data sets, which are mapped on enhancers from TCGA‐derived breast cancer patients. Their integration with gene expression (referred to as ProxCReAM eRNAs) and chromatin accessibility profiles has the potential to identify lineage‐specific and ...

Acceleration Techniques and Evaluation on Multicore CPU, GPU and FPGA for Image Processing and Super-Resolution

open access: yes, 2019
Super-Resolution (SR) techniques constitute a key element in image applications, which need high- resolution reconstruction while in the worst case only a single low-resolution observation is available.

Completeness in real time process algebra [PDF]

open access: yes, 1991
Recently, J.C.M. Baeten and J.A. Bergstra extended ACP with real time, resulting in a Real Time Process Algebra, called ACPρ [BB91]. They introduced an equational theory and an operational semantics. However, their work does not contain a completeness result nor does it contain the definitions to give proofs in detail.

Dimethyl fumarate combined with cisplatin at subcytotoxic doses sensitizes cervical cancer toward ferroptosis and apoptosis through GSH restriction and p53 (re)activation

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Dimethyl fumarate (DMF) reduces growth of HPV‐positive cervical cancer spheroids and induces ferroptosis in cervical cancer cells via blocking SLC7A11/Glutathione (GSH) axis. Combination of subcytotoxic doses of DMF and cisplatin (CDDP) further suppresses spheroid growth and drives cell death in 2D culture models.

Test of preemptive real-time systems [PDF]

open access: yes, 2008
Time Petri nets with stopwatches not only model system/environment interactions and time constraints. They further enable modeling of suspend/resume operations in real-time systems.
