High Charge Carrier Mobility in Non‐Conjugated 3D Covalent Organic Frameworks

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
A non‐conjugated 3D COF constructed via boronate ester linkages from tetraphenylene and pyrene‐based monomers is reported, which exhibits a high charge carrier mobility of 14 ± 1 cm2 V−1 s−1. ABSTRACT π‐Conjugation, π–π stacking, and long‐range order play a central role in determining charge transport efficiency in organic materials.

50 Years of Research in Real Estate Brokerage: A Semi-Systematic Literature Review

open access: yesReal Estate
Intermediaries are central to complex transactions. In housing markets, real estate brokers coordinate information flows, reduce search costs, and guide lay buyers and sellers through legal and financial steps.

Organization of the business process of a real estate agency, using an information system supported by a regression model [PDF]

open access: yes, 2017
The effectiveness of the functioning of the real estate market depends on the level of development of the management structure of enterprises. It is necessary to create an information and analytical base that meets the requirements and wishes of the ...

Real estate prices and corporate investment: theory and evidence of heterogeneous effects across firms [PDF]

open access: yes, 2017
In this paper, we investigate the effect of real estate prices on productive investment. We build a simple theoretical framework of firms’ investment with credit rationing and real estate collateral.

Signatures of Edge States in Antiferromagnetic Van der Waals Josephson Junctions

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT The combination of superconductivity and magnetic textures leads to unconventional superconducting phenomena, including new correlated and topological phases. Van der Waals (vdW) materials emerge as a versatile platform for exploring the interplay between these two competing orders.

Chiral Metal Halide Perovskites for Spin‐Polarized Light‐Emitting Diodes

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Chiral metal–halide perovskites offer a route to circularly polarized light without external polarizers. This Perspective compares two spin‐light emitting diode concepts: intrinsically chiral emissive layers and chiral spin‐filter interlayers that inject spin‐polarized carriers into efficient achiral emitters.

Versatile Magneto‐Dielectric Response of Epitaxial Thin Films of the High Entropy Oxide Perovskite Nd(Cr0.2Mn0.2Fe0.2Co0.2Ni0.2)O3

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
The magnetic high entropy oxide perovskite Nd(Cr0.2Mn0.2Fe0.2Co0.2Ni0.2)O3 exhibits a substantially large dielectric constant (εr) at room temperature, which shows distinct anionic and cationic contributions in the form of zero and finite bias peaks, respectively, down to its magnetic transition temperature (Tmag).

A Real Estate Agency's Level Analysis of the Climate-Performance Relationship [PDF]

open access: yesRelations industrielles, 2005
The autors aim at ascertaining whether perceived organisational climate alone explains any significant portion of variance in work performance and to examine whether the concomitant entrance of selected sociodemographic variables yields any additional contribution in explaining performance.

Microbial Contribution to Soiling and Its Impact on Photovoltaic Module Soiling in Arid Zones of the Atacama Desert

open access: yesAdvanced Sustainable Systems, EarlyView.
Microorganisms colonizing photovoltaic surfaces in the Atacama desert form biofilms that enhance particle adhesion and reduce energy yield. This study identifies UV‐resistant bacteria and carotenoid‐producing strains that interfere with PV performance.
