Two new approaches to spatial interpolation with inherent sidelobe suppression for imaging riometers [PDF]

open access: yes, 2005
Absorption images as obtained by imaging riometers such as IRIS are usually created by interpolating between absorption values for individual beams. For IRIS, the locations of the beam centres serve as grid points for subsequent linear interpolation ...

Potential therapeutic targeting of BKCa channels in glioblastoma treatment

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This review summarizes current insights into the role of BKCa and mitoBKCa channels in glioblastoma biology, their potential classification as oncochannels, and the emerging pharmacological strategies targeting these channels, emphasizing the translational challenges in developing BKCa‐directed therapies for glioblastoma treatment.

Remarks on interpolation in certain linear spaces (IV)

open access: yesJournal of Numerical Analysis and Approximation Theory, 2007
In the papers [5], [6], [7] we shall study a way of extending the model of interpolating the real functions, with simple nodes, to the case of the functions defined between linear spaces, especially between linear normed spaces.

A Review on Interpolation Methods for Diffusion Tensor Images

open access: yesChinese Journal of Magnetic Resonance, 2019
Diffusion tensor imaging measures three-dimensional distribution of water molecule displacement in tissues, and has been widely used to study the structure of the brain. The technique has attracted wide research interests in recent years.

LINC01116, a hypoxia‐lncRNA marker of pathological lymphangiogenesis and poor prognosis in lung adenocarcinoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The LINC01116 long noncoding RNA is induced by hypoxia and associated with poor prognosis and high recurrence rates in two cohorts of lung adenocarcinoma patients. Here, we demonstrate that besides its expression in cancer cells, LINC01116 is markedly expressed in lymphatic endothelial cells of the tumor stroma in which it participates in hypoxia ...

Remarks on interpolation in certain linear spaces (III)

open access: yesJournal of Numerical Analysis and Approximation Theory, 2006
In this paper we study a way of extending the model of interpolating the real functions, with simple nodes, to the case of the functions defined between linear spaces, especially between linear normed spaces.

Image Interpolation via Scanning Line Algorithm and Discontinuous B-Spline

open access: yesMathematical and Computational Applications, 2017
Image interpolation is a basic operation in image processing. Lots of methods have been proposed, including convolution-based methods, edge modeling methods, point spread function (PSF)-based methods or learning-based methods.

Reiteration Formulae for the Real Interpolation Method Including L or R Limiting Spaces

open access: yesJournal of Function Spaces, 2020
We consider a real interpolation method defined by means of slowly varying functions. We present some reiteration formulae including so-called L or R limiting interpolation spaces.

Plecstatin inhibits hepatocellular carcinoma tumorigenesis and invasion through cytolinker plectin

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The ruthenium‐based metallodrug plecstatin exerts its anticancer effect in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) primarily through selective targeting of plectin. By disrupting plectin‐mediated cytoskeletal organization, plecstatin inhibits anchorage‐dependent growth, cell polarization, and tumor cell dissemination.
