Locating real multiple zeros of a real interval polynomial
Proceedings of the 2006 international symposium on Symbolic and algebraic computation, 2006For a real interval polynomial F, we provide a rigorous method for deciding whether there exists a polynomial in F that has a multiple zero in a prescribed interval in R. We show that it is sufficient to examine a finite number of edge polynomials in F.

Characterization of zero locations of polytopes of real polynomials
IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control, 1992Summary: Let a polytope of real polynomials be given. We present a result which will allow us to construct the smallest set of regions in the complex plane which characterizes its zero location.

An algorithm for locating all zeros of a real polynomial
Computing, 1995The authors present a globally convergent algorithm for calculating all zeros of a polynomial \(p_n\) with real coefficients. The calculation procedure starts with the stability test allowing to decide whether all zeros of \(p_n\) lie in the interior of the unit circle of the complex plane.
