Helical Indexing in Real Space [PDF]
Biological structures with helical symmetries of distinct twist, rise, and axial symmetry are abundant and span a wide range of organisms and functions. Performing de novo helical indexing remains challenging because of the steep learning curve involved ...

This article will begin with the claim that Hamilton spent a great deal of time trying to figure out the three-dimensional complex numbers. He was never able to accomplish that.

Magnon mode transition in real space [PDF]
Spin excitation of an ilmenite FeTiO3 powder sample is measured by time-of-flight inelastic neutron scattering. The dynamic magnetic pair-density function D M (r, E) is obtained from the dynamic magnetic structure factor S M (Q, E) by the Fourier ...

Real space iterative reconstruction for vector tomography (RESIRE-V) [PDF]
Tomography has had an important impact on the physical, biological, and medical sciences. To date, most tomographic applications have been focused on 3D scalar reconstructions.

Between Virtual Space and Real Space: Transition Spaces
The space that is virtual in the planning processes is the one that is not experienced physically. With unlimited changes in virtual space 2/3 dimensional sketches/drawings, the desired location is reached in a short time.

This work presents a method to move beyond the recently introduced atomic fragment approximation. Like the bare atomic fragment approach, the new method is an ab initio, parameter-free, orbital-free implementation of density functional theory based on ...

Real space process algebra [PDF]
Abstract The real time process algebra of Baeten and Bergstra [ Formal Aspects of Computing , 3 , 142–188 (1991)] is extended to real space by requiring the presence of spatial coordinates for each atomic action, in addition to the required temporal attribute.

Bidual Spaces and Reflexivity of Real Normed Spaces [PDF]
Summary In this article, we considered bidual spaces and reflexivity of real normed spaces. At first we proved some corollaries applying Hahn-Banach theorem and showed related theorems. In the second section, we proved the norm of dual spaces and defined the natural mapping, from real normed spaces to bidual spaces.
