Probability and braiding statistics in Majorana nanowires [PDF]
Given recent progress in the realization of Majorana zero modes in semiconducting nanowires with proximity-induced superconductivity, a crucial next step is to attempt an experimental demonstration of the predicted braiding statistics associated with the

Electric control of magnetic tunnel junctions offers a path to drastically reduce the energy requirements of the device. Electric field control of magnetization can be realized in a multitude of ways. These mechanisms can be integrated into existing spintronic devices to further reduce the operational energy.

The Kullback-Leibler divergence, κ, is a widely used measure of the difference between an observed probability distribution and a reference one; κ=0 when the two distributions are equal, but it has no upper limit to help interpret the significance of any

The chemical composition and band alignment are systematically investigated at the TiO2/InP heterointerface. Thin TiO2 films are deposited by ALD on atomically ordered, P‐terminated p‐InP(100). By combining UPS, XPS, and ab initio molecular dynamics, the atomistic structure and electronic alignment are revealed.

Coupling approach for the realization of a PT -symmetric potential for a Bose-Einstein condensate in a double well [PDF]
We show how non-Hermitian potentials used to describe probability gain and loss in effective theories of open quantum systems can be achieved by a coupling of the system to an environment.
