Operators preserving disjointness on rearrangement invariant spaces [PDF]
Let X and Y be two rearrangement invariant spaces on a measure space (\(\Omega\),\(\Sigma\),\(\mu)\) with a finite, nonatomic measure \(\mu\). We show that if there exists a non-zero order continuous disjointness preserving operator T:X\(\to Y\), then \(X\subseteq Y\).

Hadamard Multipliers and Abel Dual of Hardy Spaces
The paper is devoted to the study of Hadamard multipliers of functions from the abstract Hardy classes generated by rearrangement invariant spaces. In particular the relation between the existence of such multiplier and the boundedness of the appropriate

Weighted norm inequalities and indices
We extend and simplify several classical results on weighted norm inequalities for classical operators acting on rearrangement invariant spaces using the theory of indices.

The Rearrangement-Invariant space $_{p,}$
Fix $b\in (0,\infty)$ and $p\in (1,\infty)$. Let $ $ be a positive measurable function on $I_b:=(0,b)$. Define the Lorentz Gamma norm, $\r_{p, }$, at the measurable function $f:\R+\to\R+$ by $\rph(f):=[\int_0^bf^{**}(t)^p (t)dt]^{\frac1p}$, in which $f^{**}(t):=t^{-1}\int_0^tf^{*}(s)ds$, where $f^*(t):= _f^{-1}(t)$, with $ _f(s):=|\{x\in I_b: |f(x)

Lebesgue's Differentiation Theorems in R.I. Quasi-Banach Spaces and Lorentz Spaces Γp,w
The paper is devoted to investigation of new Lebesgue's type differentiation theorems (LDT) in rearrangement invariant (r.i.) quasi-Banach spaces E and in particular on Lorentz spaces Γp,w={f:∫(f ...

We extend to n-dimensions a characterization of the Marcinkiewicz $L(p,\infty)$ spaces first obtained by Garsia-Rodemich in the one dimensional case. This leads to a new proof of the John-Nirenberg self-improving inequalities.

Structural insights into an engineered feruloyl esterase with improved MHET degrading properties
A feruloyl esterase was engineered to mimic key features of MHETase, enhancing the degradation of PET oligomers. Structural and computational analysis reveal how a point mutation stabilizes the active site and reshapes the binding cleft, expading substrate scope.

Lacunary Walsh series in rearrangement invariant spaces [PDF]
We prove that the classical results by Rodin and Semenov and by Lindenstrauss and Tzafriri on the subspace generated by the Rademacher system in rearrangement invariant spaces also hold for lacunary Walsh series.

Gut microbiome and aging—A dynamic interplay of microbes, metabolites, and the immune system
Age‐dependent shifts in microbial communities engender shifts in microbial metabolite profiles. These in turn drive shifts in barrier surface permeability of the gut and brain and induce immune activation. When paired with preexisting age‐related chronic inflammation this increases the risk of neuroinflammation and neurodegenerative diseases.
