Parametric real-time reasoning [PDF]
Traditional approaches to the algorithmic veri cation of real-time systems are limited to checking program correctness with respect to concrete timing properties (e.g., \message delivery within 10 milliseconds"). We address the more realistic and more ambitious problem of deriving symbolic constraints on the timing properties required of real-time ...

Reasoning with time and chance
The temporal propositional logic of linear time is generalized to an uncertain world, in which random events may occur. The formulas do not mention probabilities explicitly, i.e., the only probability appearing explicitly in formulas is probability one. This logic is claimed to be useful for stating and proving properties of probabilistic programs.

Reasoning over time into models with DataTime
Models at runtime have been initially investigated for adaptive systems. Models are used as a reflective layer of the current state of the system to support the implementation of a feedback loop. More recently, models at runtime have also been identified as key for supporting the development of full-fledged digital twins. However, this use of models at

Acting for reasons and the metaphysics of time
AbstractThis paper concerns acting for reasons and how this can inform debates about the metaphysics of time. Storrs-Fox (2021) has argued against the A-theory of time on the grounds that it cannot adequately account for the explanation of actions. Storrs-Fox assumes that explanation is forever.
