High‐Performance MnOOH/α‐MnO2 Composite Cathode With Enhanced Capacity and Cycling Stability for Aqueous Zinc‐Ion Batteries

A crystal‐phase transformation strategy constructs a MnOOH/α‐MnO2 composite featuring intertwined nanowire and nanorod architectures for high‐performance aqueous zinc‐ion batteries. The composite cathode delivers an exceptional balance of high specific capacity and ultralong cycling stability, maintaining 233.4 mAh g−1 over 750 cycles at 1 A g−1 and 85.
