Heterojunction‐Engineered Mass Spectrometry Platform for Deciphering Serum Metabolic Fingerprints in Diagnosis of Respiratory Diseases

DMS‐MaPseq and DREEM Analyses Implicate the Critical Role of RNA Structural Dynamics in Turnip Yellow Mosaic Virus Pathogenicity

RNA structural profiling of Turnip Yellow Mosaic Virus by DMS‐MaPseq and DREEM analyses uncover that viral genome‐wide RSS is highly complicated and heterogeneous, with alternative RSSs widely distributed across the genome. Notably, the viral 3’ tRNA‐like structure adopts alternative conformations in vivo.

Mechanism‐Informed Machine Learning Enables Discovery of Oncolytic Peptides for Cancer Immunotherapy

MISPOP integrates ensemble learning with membrane‐active physicochemical priors to identify Dermaseptin‐S9, a natural oncolytic peptide that disrupts tumor membranes, triggers immunogenic cell death, and shows strong antitumor activity. Aptamer‐Targeted PrPC Drives Colorectal Cancer Metastasis via a LYN‐STAT3 Complex and Enables Liquid Biopsy Detection

The aptamer WHY‐3E identifies PrPC as a CRC driver. Stabilized by USP18, endocytosed PrPC forms a LYN/STAT3 complex, upregulating MSN transcription to promote metastasis. Crucially, WHY‐3E sensitively detects PrPC‐positive circulating exosomes, establishing a robust theoretical foundation for non‐invasive clinical diagnostics.
