The formation of stable clusters of gold nanoparticles with oligonucleotides at different solution conditions is explored. Exploring DNA Functionalization Techniques for Silver Nanoparticles
This study evaluates four functionalization methods—salt‐aging, pH‐assisted, freezing‐directed, and microwave‐assisted—for attaching DNA strands to 20 nm silver nanoparticles (AgNPs). The resulting DNA‐AgNP conjugates are characterized and colloidal stability and DNA loading are assessed.
