Corrosion‐Resistant Shape‐Programmable Zn–I2 Battery

Introducing Zn–I2 battery with a shape‐programmable feature and high corrosion resistance. NiTi@Zn architecture as anode shows long‐term stability pertaining to planar and dense zinc morphology and shows efficient flexibility and shape‐programmability from NiTi backbone.

Sulfonated para‐Polybenzimidazole Membranes for Use in Vanadium Redox Flow Batteries

Dense sulfonated para‐PBI membranes (MS‐PBI) are tested in the VRFB. The conductivity is 10 times lower than reported for MS‐PBI gel membranes, but 10 times higher than that of meta‐PBI. The influence of membrane preparation process, thickness, and operating temperature on the VRFB performance is investigated.
