Chimericantigen receptor (CAR) T‐cell therapy shows promise for cancer, but struggleswith solid tumors due to poor infiltration. To address this, EGFR‐targeted CART‐cells are loaded with iron oxide nanoparticles, injected intoimmune‐deficient mice with lung cancer and tracked via Magnetic ResonanceImaging (MRI).
