Miniaturized 3D Magnetic Force Sensor via Laser‐Assisted Folding and Magnetization for Enhanced Robotic Dexterity

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
To achieve 3D force sensing in confined spaces such as fingertips, we developed a laser‐assisted folding and magnetization method to fabricate miniature films with precise centripetal magnetization. The resulting compact sensor delivers high force resolution, rapid response, and long‐term stability, significantly enhancing the manipulation capabilities

Analysis of Reciprocating Compressor Valve

open access: yesInternational Journal for Research in Applied Science and Engineering Technology, 2023
Abstract: A compressor running at even moderate speeds requires for each valve to open and close over one million times a day. It follows that valve design must bear in mind that it needs to be highly reliable and operate efficiently even in adverse conditions, such as in applications where there are liquids and debris in the gas stream.

In Situ Stress‐Dispersing Hydrogel Millispheres via Load Redistribution to Restore Nucleus Pulposus Metabolic Homeostasis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Local stress concentration disrupts metabolic homeostasis and induces inflammation in the nucleus pulposus (NP), thereby accelerating intervertebral disc degeneration (IDD). A biomimetic HA/ChS hydrogel millimeter sphere (ChS@HM) is developed to enable synergistic stress dispersion and sustained hydration lubrication.
