ABSTRACT Objectives WHO grade 4 astrocytomas are associated with poor prognosis, and their prognostic factors remain controversial. This study aimed to identify the prognostic factors and develop a management algorithm for these patients. 組織内の各部門では日々の業務で多くの「ナレッジ（知識，経験，ノウハウ等）」が発生し，そして新陳代謝を続けている。従って，ナレッジマネジメントの推進には，各部門における「業務マニュアル」の整備とワークフローで発生する多種多様な記録情報（文書，記録，データ等）の的確な評価，収集，分類整理，保管，保存，廃棄等のライフサイクル管理の標準化とルール化が必要である。また，ナレッジに係る記録情報の共有化には，適切な開示制限と多角的な検索ニーズに対応できる記録情報管理データベースの構築とそれを継続的に維持運営する組織体制の確立が必須条件である。特に維持運営のための専門組織の設置や社内スペシャリストの養成が，これからのナレッジマネジメントの推進における重要な経営課題であると言える。

ABSTRACT Objective Spinocerebellar ataxia type 3 (SCA3) is a genetically defined ataxia. The Scale for Assessment and Rating of Ataxia (SARA) is a clinician‐reported outcome that measures ataxia severity at a single time point. In its standard application, SARA fails to capture short‐term fluctuations, limiting its sensitivity in trials.
