The Plant‐to‐Plant Circular Strategy: Coupling Photodegradation and Phytoremediation With Plant‐Based Nanomaterials for Plastic Degradation

Plant‐based nanomaterials derived from alfalfa serve as dual‐function catalysts, coupling photodegradation and phytoremediation to degrade polyethylene under UV‐A light and in soil. The nanomaterials work synergistically with alfalfa and soil microbes, achieving efficient plastic breakdown without trophic transfer.

Ahcy Acts as an Effector of Hnf4a‐Driven Super‐Enhancer Activation to Alleviate MASLD During Intermittent Fasting

Our study identifies an Hnf4a‐driven super‐enhancer of hepatic Ahcy that mediates the protective effects of intermittent fasting against MASLD. Long Noncoding RNA PCALRx Interacts with Pyruvate Carboxylase to Drive Multi‐Organ Developmental Toxicity in Zebrafish Embryos Exposed to Amoxicillin

Embryonic amoxicillin exposure disrupts multi‐organ development in zebrafish larvae through a lncRNA–metabolic enzyme regulatory axis. PCALRx associates with pyruvate carboxylase, promotes PC protein ubiquitination, and impairs mitochondrial energy metabolism, while vitamin B1 partially restores PC‐centered metabolic function and developmental outcomes.
