Rewriting Polymer Fate via Chemomechanical Coupling

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
This work introduces a life‐like “living” polymer platform that can grow, degrow, and reprogram its properties after fabrication. By integrating mass transport, reversible polymerization, and controlled catalysis, the material achieves on‐demand changes in size, shape, and mechanical properties.

Multiphysics‐Driven Assembly of Biomimetic Vesicles

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Artificial extracellular vesicles, derived from cell membranes, are manufactured using a multiphysics‐integrated microfluidic platform that combines nanoknife membrane rupture, herringbone chaotic mixing, and acoustothermal modulation. This standardizable workflow enables the predictable control of vesicle formation and therapeutic loading, while ...

Heterophase fcc‐hcp‐fcc High‐Entropy Alloy Nanomaterials with Tailored Electron Divergence for Selective Ammonia Electrosynthesis

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Heterophase fcc‐hcp‐fcc RuFeMMnMo (M═CoNi, Co, and Ni) high‐entropy alloy nanomaterials have been successfully synthesized using a one‐pot approach. The highly random distribution of multiple metal components and the tunable diversity of metal atomic arrangements can be realized simultaneously. By combining metals with different work functions, fcc‐hcp‐

Multi‐scale Engineered Vasculature and Hierarchical Porosity via Volumetric Bioprinting‐Guided Photopolymerization‐Induced Phase Separation

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Vascularization in bioprinted hydrogels is limited by nanoscale porosity in hydrogel bionks. Volumetric bioprinting of gelatin–norbornene phase‐separating hydrogels permits to create centimeter‐scale constructs featuring interconnected multi‐scale porosity. Light dose gradients result in spatially controlled pore dimensions. Capillary‐scale vessels are

Recent Progress on Flexible Multimodal Sensors: Decoupling Strategies, Fabrication and Applications

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
In this review, we establish a tripartite decoupling framework for flexible multimodal sensors, which elucidates the underlying principles of signal crosstalk and their solutions through material design, structural engineering, and AI algorithms. We also demonstrate its potential applications across environmental monitoring, health monitoring, human ...
