Reducing Interfacial Separation Force in High‐Speed Constrained‐Surface Projection Stereolithography Using a Dual‐Modulus Silicone Release Film

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.
A dual‐modulus silicone release film creates distributed stress concentrations at high‐/low‐modulus boundaries, triggering multi‐site crack initiation and rapid interfacial detachment. The architecture lowers the peak separation force by 97.6%, shortens detachment time, and enables stable continuous projection stereolithography at 720 mm h−1, offering ...

Nonlinear Geometric Analysis of Rectangular Plate [PDF]

open access: yes, 1989
In this paper, a discrete method for analyzing the problem of nonlinear geometric of rectangular plate is proposed. The solutions for partial differential equation of rectangular plate are obtained in discrete forms by applying numerical integration.

Wood‐Derived Nanocellulose‐Biocarbon Fresnel‐Zone Plate Lenses for Sub‐THz Frequency Applications

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
Wood‐derived nanocellulose and lignin‐based biocarbon were combined to fabricate fully bio‐based Fresnel zone plate (FZP) lenses for sub‐terahertz frequencies. These sustainable FZP lenses exhibit low dielectric loss and high directivity, achieving performance comparable to that of metallic references, and remain functional under environmental stress ...
