Engineering and Tuning of High Quality Hexagonal Boron Nitride Nanophotonic Resonators
The manuscript explores nanofabrication protocols for photonic crystal cavities and microdisk resonators from hexagonal boron nitride. High Q cavities are fabricated and their resonances are controllably tuned. The work is important for future realization of quantum technologies with hexagonal boron nitride.

ABSTRACT Purpose Increase clinical acceptance of MRE and DTI by shortening the scan time by half and providing diffusive and mechanical property maps that are inherently co‐registered. This proof‐of‐concept study evaluates the simultaneous DTI‐MRE acquisition in the human brain and compares its results to conventional DTI and MRE measurements.

Exceptional Light Propagation via Generalized Bulk‐Edge Correspondence
We show that unlike in electronic systems, localized edge states in topological photonics are governed not only by nontrivial bulk topology, but also by polarization‐dependent light‐line confinement conditions inherent to Maxwell's equations. This fundamentally generalized bulk‐edge correspondence unlocks new regimes of tunable near‐cutoff localization
