Two‐Dimensional Flash Memory: Materials, Interfaces, and Storage–Computing Convergence

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
We systematically summarize recent advances in 2D flash memory, highlighting how interface and material engineering can overcome the conventional trade‐offs among speed, power consumption, and reliability in silicon‐based flash, and outlining its potential for high‐performance memory and in‐memory computing applications.

Dual Randomness From Spatial and Temporal Variations in Stochastic Zinc Gallate Nanoclusters for PUF and TRNG Co‐Driven Image Generation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A dual‐randomness hardware platform is demonstrated by integrating PUF and TRNG functionalities into mixed‐ZGO nanoclusters. By leveraging spatial and temporal stochasticity, the mixed‐ZGO NCs device enables both unique identification and random signal generation.

Opposite Trap‐State Evolution Pathways Govern Endurance and Retention Failure in Amorphous Chalcogenide Memory

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
GeSbSe selector‐only memory devices are investigated through physical and electrical analyses to reveal opposite trap‐state evolution pathways governing reliability degradation. Endurance cycling drives Se migration, transitioning traps from deep to shallow states.

EphB1 Receptor Blockade Augments Morphine Antinociception via Inhibiting GRK2‐Mediated µ‐Opioid Receptor Internalization

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Administration of opioids activates ephrinB2‐EphB1 receptor signaling. Activated EphB1 receptors induce GRK2‐mediated phosphorylation of MOR at Ser375, which initiates the internalization of MOR and reduces opioid antinociception at the behavioral level. ABSTRACT Opioids are the primary treatment for severe pain in clinical practice.

Novel Optical Functionalities in Memristors

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
We present a tunnel junction memristor with expanded optical functionalities enabled by the integration of an ultra‐thin CdS barrier and a top ITO electrode. UV illumination triggers a photovoltaic response that can sense the memristor state. At very low temperatures, the UV light generates a high injection of photocarriers and produces a volatile ...
