2D MXene‐Enabled Unidirectional Flexible Optoelectronic Memristor Toward Energy‐Efficient Neuromorphic Photosensing

open access: yesENERGY &ENVIRONMENTAL MATERIALS, EarlyView.
A transparent and flexible ITO/ZnO/TiO2/MXene optoelectronic memristor is developed via low‐temperature solution processing, exhibiting intrinsic self‐rectification and analog synaptic plasticity. The device enables wavelength‐selective photosynaptic response and multimodal learning behaviors, demonstrating strong potential for neuromorphic ...

Reconfigurable Logic Operation of MoTe2 Homojunction Enabled by Staggered Double‐Sided Contacts

open access: yesElectron, EarlyView.
A gap adjacent to an electrode in the MoTe2 SDC transistor enables polarity reconfiguration, switching between p‐type and n‐type depending on bias polarity. This reconfiguration is ensured when the absolute bias voltage is less than the gate voltage, yielding a near‐ideal subthreshold swing of 67.6 mV/dec and on/off ratios of 104–106.

Altered cortical synchronization in photosensitive idiopathic generalized epilepsy

open access: yesEpilepsia, EarlyView.
Abstract Objective To characterize cortical excitability and synchronization dynamics in patients with idiopathic generalized epilepsy (IGE) and photosensitivity by assessing steady‐state visual evoked potentials (SSVEPs) elicited by intermittent photic stimulation.

β‐Hydroxybutyrate reduces neuronal excitability via GIRK channels

open access: yesEpilepsia, EarlyView.
β‐Hydroxybutyrate decreases neuronal excitability by activating GIRK channels through HCAR2 signaling, providing a cellular mechanism that may contribute to the antiseizure effects of the ketogenic diet. Abstract Objective The ketogenic diet is used to treat drug‐resistant epilepsy, yet the molecular mechanisms coupling metabolic state to seizure ...
