Recurrence analysis of time series generated by 3D autonomous quadratic dynamical system depending on parameters

open access: yesVìsnik Dnìpropetrovsʹkogo Unìversitetu: Serìâ Modelûvannâ, 2016
For the wide class of 3D autonomous quadratic dynamical systems depending on parameters the sucient conditions of boundedness of solutions of any system from this class are found. A connection between change of one of the parameters and a recurrence plot

Rolling Bearing Fault Diagnosis Based on Recurrence Plot

open access: yesIEEE Access
A bearing fault diagnosis method based on recurrence plots and a fusion neural network is proposed to address the low recognition accuracy of noisy bearing vibration data.

Fuzzy recurrence plots

open access: yesEPL (Europhysics Letters), 2016
Recurrence plots display binary texture of time series from dynamical systems with single dots and line structures. Using fuzzy recurrence plots, recurrences of the phase-space states can be visualized as grayscale texture, which is more informative for pattern analysis.

Recurrence Plots of Exchange Rates of Currencies [PDF]

open access: yesInternational Journal of Sciences, 2014
Used to investigate the presence of distinctive recurrent behaviours in natural processes, the recurrence plots can be applied to the analysis of economic data, and, in particular, to the characterization of exchange rates of currencies too. In this paper, we will show that these plots are able to characterize the periods of oscillation and random walk

Non-Intrusive Load Monitoring Based on Swin-Transformer with Adaptive Scaling Recurrence Plot

open access: yesEnergies, 2022
Non-Intrusive Load Monitoring (NILM) is an effective energy consumption analysis technology, which just requires voltage and current signals on the user bus.

Claudin‐6 Protein Expression in Atypical Teratoid/Rhabdoid Tumors Is Strongly Enriched in the Molecular Subgroup AT/RT‐TYR

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Claudin‐6 has emerged as a promising immunotherapeutic target, yet protein‐level data in atypical teratoid/rhabdoid tumors (AT/RTs) have been inconsistent. We analyzed 36 well‐characterized AT/RT samples and found membranous claudin‐6 protein expression in 58% of cases, with striking enrichment in the molecular subgroup AT/RT‐TYR (100%) and ...

Recurrence plots for the analysis of complex systems

open access: yesPhysics Reports, 2007
Recurrence is a fundamental property of dynamical systems, which can be exploited to characterise the system's behaviour in phase space. A powerful tool for their visualisation and analysis called recurrence plot was introduced in the late 1980's. This report is a comprehensive overview covering recurrence based methods and their applications with an ...

Atrial fibrillation classification based on the 2D representation of minimal subset ECG and a non-deep neural network

open access: yesFrontiers in Physiology, 2023
Atrial fibrillation (AF) is the most common cardiac arrhythmia, and its early detection is critical for preventing complications and optimizing treatment.

Therapeutic Apheresis for Intravenous Methylprednisolone‐Refractory Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disorder: Clinical and Radiological Outcomes in a Single‐Center Case Series

open access: yesTherapeutic Apheresis and Dialysis, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD) is a relapsing autoimmune disease of the central nervous system. High‐dose intravenous methylprednisolone (IVMP) is the standard first‐line therapy for acute attacks, although some patients remain refractory.

Recurrence plot features: an example using ECG [PDF]

open access: yesISSPA '99. Proceedings of the Fifth International Symposium on Signal Processing and its Applications (IEEE Cat. No.99EX359), 2003
Electrocardiogram (ECG) signals are analysed using the nonlinear method of recurrence plots, which reveals subtle time correlations in time-domain signals. Large-scale features in the recurrence plots, which consist entirely of single dots, line segments of different orientations and white spaces, are directly related to time-domain features in the ...
