Generalization of Spivey’s Recurrence Relation

open access: yesRussian Journal of Mathematical Physics
In 2008, Spivey found a recurrence relation for the Bell numbers. We consider the probabilistic r-Bell polynomials associated with which are a probabilistic extension of the r-Bell polynomials. Here Y is a random variable whose moment generating function exists in some neighborhood of the origin . The aim of this paper is to generalize the relation for

The Circularity Paradox: The Rebound Effect, Governance, and the Limits of Corporate Sustainability

open access: yesCorporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT The circular economy (CE), often celebrated as a sustainable panacea, faces increasing criticism due to the rebound effect (RE)—a paradoxical phenomenon in which efficiency gains indirectly lead to an increase in resource consumption. This study fills a relevant gap by analyzing, through a systematic review, how contemporary literature ...

A new class of generalized Apostol–type Frobenius–Euler polynomials

open access: yesAIMS Mathematics
The paper presents a new type of generalized Apostol-type Frobenius–Euler polynomials and numbers with specific order $ \kappa $ and level $ m $. We establish fundamental identities and properties using generating function techniques, such as summation ...

Social Sustainability in Startups: Implementation Pathways and Their Effects on Performance

open access: yesCorporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Social sustainability remains underexplored in the context of startups. While much attention is given to economic and environmental performance, the social dimensions are frequently overlooked. This gap is particularly significant for startups, as their early‐stage decisions can shape long‐term cultural and social impacts both within their ...

Third order convergence theorem for a family of Newton like methods in Banach space

open access: yesJournal of Numerical Analysis and Approximation Theory, 2014
In this paper, we propose a family of Newton-like methods in Banach space which includes some well known third-order methods as particular cases. We establish the Newton-Kantorovich type convergence theorem for a proposed family and get an error estimate.
