The existing methods of removing the constituents in the parse tree of an original sentence cannot deal with recursive structures which appear in the parse tree.

Abstract Historians generate knowledge through the labour of composition – through the friction between interpretation and evidence that makes claims open to scrutiny and challenge. This essay argues that when composition is bypassed, that structure disappears. Generative AI raises this issue in urgent fashion.

The importance of considering regimes in long‐term asset allocation to real estate

Abstract We investigate the long‐term, regime‐dependent asset allocation of an investor's wealth in a mixed‐asset portfolio that includes publicly traded real estate. We show that augmenting standard VAR models with Markov‐switching features not only improves predictive power for asset returns but also introduces economically meaningful horizon effects

Dynamic Pricing With Recommendation and Consumer Feedback

ABSTRACT A long‐lived seller sells a new product of unknown value by offering prices and recommendations to short‐lived consumers in continuous time. The seller receives consumer feedback about the product at a rate that increases with the instantaneous sales volume.
