Optimal Recursive Bidirection Prediction for Hyperspectral Image Compression [PDF]
In this paper, we propose a new algorithm named Optimal Recursive Bidirection Prediction (ORBP) for HyperSpetral Image (HSI) compression. Recursive Bidirection Prediction (RBP) is a good algorithm for HSI inter-band prediction. It's simple, efficient. But the algorithm can't get optimal prediction result under the sense of SNR.

Fast CU Partition Algorithm for Intra Frame Coding Based on Joint Texture Classification and CNN
High-efficiency video coding (HEVC/H.265) is one of the most widely used video coding standards. HEVC introduces a quad-tree coding unit (CU) partition structure to improve video compression efficiency.

A novel recursive sub-tensor hyperspectral compressive sensing of plant leaves based on multiple arbitrary-shape regions of interest [PDF]
Plant hyperspectral images (HSIs) contain valuable information for agricultural disaster prediction, biomass estimation, and other applications. However, they also include a lot of irrelevant background information, which wastes storage resources.

Rhythm Analysis during Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Using Convolutional Neural Networks
Chest compressions during cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) induce artifacts in the ECG that may provoque inaccurate rhythm classification by the algorithm of the defibrillator. The objective of this study was to design an algorithm to produce reliable
