Chem BiodiversA Kunitz‐type serine protease inhibitor (JTI) purified from Mimosa regnellii seeds selectively targets melanoma cells. JTI triggers mitochondrial apoptosis, increases ROS and Ca2+ levels, arrests the cell cycle, and suppresses migration and angiogenesis without affecting healthy cells.
