Two Steps Li Ion Storage Mechanism in Ruddlesden–Popper Li2La2Ti3O10

This study demonstrates the performance of Ruddlesden‐Popper Li₂La₂Ti₃O₁₀ as an anode material for lithium‐ion batteries, achieving 170 mAh·g⁻¹ capacity with two voltage plateaus from lithium ions stored at different sites. IR783‐stabilized nanodrugs composed of NIR dye IR783, ROS inducer β‐lapachone, and epigenetic modulator CUDC101 are designed for breast cancer immunotherapy. The nanodrugs can not only promote cancer cell apoptosis through HDAC inhibition‐enhanced oxidation therapy but also reshape the immunosuppressive microenvironment, which provides a novel strategy

Architecting a Bias‐Free Photoelectrochemical CO2 Reduction System for Sustainable Formic Acid

A low‐cost, bias‐free photoelectrochemical system for CO2 reduction to formic acid (FA) is constructed via a TiO2‐CdS/Se‐ZnSe/S photoanode in alkaline solution and Cu6Sn5 catalyst in acidic electrolyte, in which replacing OER with SOR significantly improve the reaction kinetics.

Tuning Aggregation in Liquid‐Crystalline Squaraine Chromophores

A novel squaraine dye (SQ) forming columnar liquid crystal (LC) phase is synthesized, whose aggregate state can be tuned without disturbing the columnar structures. The liquid crystallization not only offers a rich spectrum and tuning method of optical property but also a novel path for the prescriptive functionalization of LC SQ materials.
