A local electric field‐enhanced electrodeless photoelectrochemical (ELPEC) etching method facilitates the anisotropic evolution of GaN nanostructures from nanocones to hollow nanocones and eventually to nanowire arrays. This rapid, mask‐free approach offers a practical and scalable route for fabricating ultraviolet photodetectors with improved ...

A Catalog of 1.58 Million Clusters of Galaxies Identified from the DESI Legacy Imaging Surveys
Based on the DESI Legacy Imaging Surveys released data and available spectroscopic redshifts, we identify 1.58 million clusters of galaxies by searching for the overdensity of the stellar mass distribution of galaxies within redshift slices around ...

The Au‐LNA Raman probe, composed of gold nanoparticles (AuNPs), thiol functional group, and Cy3 modified LNAs, synthesized after hybridization of LNA and miR‐210‐3p target, is integrated into the MoS2@Au composite. The integration of the nanocomposite is formed by physical adsorption of Au‐LNA nanohybrid with MoS2. Characterization confirms morphology,

Interfacial Chemistry Control of In Situ Grown Gold Nanoparticles on Functionalized MXene Nanosheets
Gold nucleation on MXene is governed by interfacial oxidation, not termination density. An interface‐resolved pathway is uncovered in which Au nucleates at TiO2/TiOx, guided by local reduction at the surface; where tailored functionalization directs when and where nuclei form, enabling the formation of predictable heterostructures.

Tailored Nitrogen Doping of Titania Nanosheets Revealed by a Combined Photoelectron Spectroscopy
This study successfully elucidates the electronic structures of inorganic semiconducting nanosheets using a combined UPS and LEIPS approach. Nitrogen‐doped titania nanosheets, synthesized via a pentatitanate route, exhibit bandgap narrowing and Fermi level modulation.

Achieving Direct Bandgap and Optoelectronic Enhancement in Scalable Stacked MoS2 Monolayers
A scalable method for stacking large‐area monolayer MoS2 films grown by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) is presented. The approach employs poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) as a carrier polymer and an aluminum mesh to support the films during transfer from the donor to the receiver substrate, maintaining its geometry and preventing folding.
