An Anisotropic Gold‐Palladium Heterostructured Nanosystem for Synergistically Overcoming Radioresistance and Enhancing Melanoma Radioimmunotherapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A multifunctional anisotropic Au‐Pd heterostructured nanosystem is developed that incorporates a plasmonically enhanced Au‐Pd core, with a shell composed of a biodegradable, Mn‐doped targeting peptide. The nanosystem integrates photothermal, radiotherapeutic, and immunomodulatory functions.

Covalent Bridges in Bi Loaded BiVO4 Enabling Rapid Charge Transfer for Efficient Photocatalytic Water Oxidation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Plasmonic bismuth nanoparticles loaded BiVO4 photocatalyst is successfully prepared for photocatalytic water oxidation. The in situ loading of the Bi on the BiVO4 allows the formation of the Bi–O–V covalent bridges, which can significantly facilitate the photogenerated charge carrier migration accross Bi and BiVO4 for enhancing photocatalytic ...

Crystalline‐Amorphous Heterostructure: A Novel Configuration for Silver Nanoclusters

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study presents a spontaneously formed amorphous‐crystalline heterostructure composite composed of atomically precise carboranylthiolate‐protected silver NCs, demonstrating not only a unique co‐assembly of distinct metal NCs at the macroscopic level but also promising potential applications of metal cluster‐based materials.
