Reduced Gröbner Bases in Polynomial Rings over a Polynomial Ring [PDF]

We propose a new notion of reduced Grobner bases in polynomial rings over a polynomial ring and we show that every ideal has a unique reduced Grobner basis. We introduce an algorithm for computing them.
