Emerging Strategies for Platelet‐Modified Nanoparticles in Targeted Tumor Therapy
This review highlights innovative strategies using platelet‐modified nanoparticles to target tumors more precisely. By mimicking platelet functions, these biomimetic carriers improve tumor homing, enhance drug delivery, and reduce immune clearance.

Engineered C–N Lyases for Stereoselective Synthesis of Tertiary Amines
EDDS lyase was subjected to iterative cycles of site‐saturation mutagenesis and screened for increased activity for the addition of 2‐((methylamino)methyl)aniline to fumarate. The final mutant, EDDS lyase CEA, accepts various N‐methyl‐1‐phenylmethanamines derivatives, yielding N,N‐disubstituted L‐aspartic acids, as well as several ortho‐substituted ...

Bioelectrosynthesis of Signaling Molecules for Selective Modulation of Cell Signaling
A bioelectrosynthesis platform is devised for electrochemical control of cellular signaling under physiological conditions. The system allows on‐demand, selective generation of signaling molecules, nitric oxide (NO) and ammonia (NH3), from nitrite (NO2−) ions using Cu2MoS4‐based electrocatalysts.

Thiol reductants activate dichalcogenide probes by a cascade of partly reversible steps. Careful dichalcogenide engineering can tune the rates of these steps separately, to aim at probes that are kinetically selective for specific oxidoreductases in live cells.
