Male reduction mammoplasty in serious gynecomastias
Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, 1992This article is a report on long-term followup of a total of 44 serious gynecomastia cases in the stages I-III (according to Deutinger). The treatment consisted of either a semicircular incision and subcutaneous mastectomy or a superiorly or an inferiorly based nipple transposition while performing male reduction mammoplasty.
