Synthesis of SnAgCu nanoparticles with low melting point by the chemical reduction method

Microelectronics Reliability, 2017
Abstract SnAgCu alloy with low melting point and good soldering property is a good candidate for the Sn/Pb eutectic. In this paper, SnAgCu nanoparticles were synthesized by a chemical reduction method. The particle size and the melting point are controlled by modifying the process parameters, including reaction temperature, surfactant concentration ...

Superior performance of Cu/TiO2 catalyst prepared by ice melting method for low-temperature selective catalytic reduction of NOx by NH3

Molecular Catalysis, 2020
Abstract A series of Cu/TiO2 catalysts was successfully synthesized by ice melting method for the first time, and their performance for the selective catalytic reduction of NOx with NH3 was evaluated. The catalyst with Cu/Ti molar ratio of 0.005 exhibited excellent catalytic performance at low temperature.

Effect of Alkali Metal Oxide on Pb Recovery from the Waste CRT Glass by Reduction Melting Method

2012
Treatment of waste CRT glass has been a social subject. Pb was separated from waste CRT glass contains Pb by reduction melting method. PbO is the easiest to reduce oxide in CRT glass component. But most of Pb exists not as PbO but as Pb2+ ion in CRT glass. And as Pb removes from glass, viscosity of glass becomes higher.

Model reduction method for the simulation of the selective laser melting process

AIP Conference Proceedings, 2019
Selective Laser Melting offers new perspectives in terms of part design and simplification of complex assemblies. However, because such a process is based on the fusion of the material, severe thermo-mechanical conditions arise and are responsible for local plastic deformation, residual stresses and distortion of the manufactured component.

A Geometry Method for Calculating the Fiber Diameter Reduction in Melt Blowing

Advanced Materials Research, 2014
Melt blowing is one of the important methods for producing ultrafine fibers. The production of melt blowing is the nonwoven. Fiber diameter has crucial effect on the property of the nonwovens. In the melt-blowing process, many achievements have been published on the fiber diameter distribution along the spinning line.

Single crystal Tl0.3MoO3 growth by electrolytic reduction method of a Tl2CO3–MoO3 melts

Journal of Crystal Growth, 2005
Single crystals of quasi-one-dimensional charge-density-wave conductor blue bronze Tl(0.3)MoO(3) have been grown by electrolytic reduction method using the raw materials Tl(2)CO(3)-MoO(3) with composition around 1:4.3 mol ration. The electrolytic temperature was about 570 degrees C, and electrolytic current was 25 mA during the electrolytic process. By
