Loss of the miR‐214/199a cluster is associated with recurrence in ovarian cancer. Engineered small extracellular vesicles (m214‐sEVs) elevate miR‐214‐3p/miR‐199a‐5p in tumor cells, suppress β‐catenin, TLR4, and YKT6 signaling, reprogram tumor‐derived sEV cargo, reduce chemoresistance and migration, and enhance carboplatin efficacy and survival in ...

Interrogating the immune landscape of microsatellite stable RAS‐mutated colon cancer
COLOSSUS project RAS‐mutated MSS colon cancer study explored transcriptomics and immune cell density by immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoscore (IS), ISIC/TuLIS scores, mutation counts, and detected different prevalences but similar microenvironment composition across immune markers with clinical relevance for future immunotherapy combination ...

Cytarabine is a key therapy for acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), but its efficacy is limited by the dNTPase SAMHD1, which hydrolyses its active metabolite. Screening nucleotide biosynthesis inhibitors revealed that IMPDH inhibitors selectively sensitise SAMHD1‐proficient AML cells to cytarabine.

Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

Magnetoencephalography (MEG) is a non-invasive neuroimaging tool that offers a combination of excellent temporal and good spatial resolution, provided that the acquired signals have a high enough signal-to-noise ratio. This requirement is often compromised as MEG signals are very weak and often masked by interfering signals from environmental noise ...

When there is relative movement, at a speed above a critical value, between the trailing edge of a body, such as a hydrofoil or aerofoil section, and a fluid, the fluid flow tends to form a pattern of discrete swirling vortices. Vortex shedding at each side of the trailing edge alternately can cause resonance or "singing" of the section.

We have seen in Sect. VI.1 that the numerical treatment of problems of index 1, which are either in the half-explicit form (1.13) or in the form Mu′ = φ(u), is not much more difficult than that of ordinary differential equations. For higher index problems the situation changes completely.
