A Review of a Preliminary Quantitative Study and Genetic Analysis for Rare Earth Elements of Ionic Adsorption State in Phosphate Ore Deposit in Zhijin, Guizhou Province

open access: yesYankuang ceshi, 2014
Recent studies on rare earth elements (REEs) for the Phosphate Deposit in Zhijin, Guizhou show that the occurrence state of REEs is dominated by isomorphism on the basis of the positive correlation between ∑REEs content and phosphorus content.

Origins of the Pangkaimen Au Deposit in the Northern Great Xing'an Range, China: Evidence From Geochronological, Geochemical, Fluid Inclusion, and H–O–S–Pb Isotope Data

open access: yesGeological Journal, EarlyView.
The Pangkaimen Au–Ag deposits belong to the epithermal Au deposits, which are of great significance for guiding the research and development of this type of gold deposit. Metallogenic model diagram of Pangkaimen Au–Ag deposit. ABSTRACT The gold (Au) metallogenic belt in the northern Great Xing'an Range is characterised by the wide occurrence of the ...

Rare earth elements in gneiss regoliths in southern Minas Gerais, Brazil

open access: yesScientia Agricola
: Regolith characterization in its entirety is particularly difficult in gneissic regoliths due to the heterogeneity of their rock structure. Rare earth elements (REE) are a useful tool in helping understand the evolution of regoliths. This study relates

Replacement of Ores Recorded by Textures and Chemical Compositions of Sphalerite: An Example From the Furutobe Kuroko Deposit, Akita, Japan

open access: yesGeological Journal, EarlyView.
Coupled dissolution‐reprecipitation of early formed Cd‐, Fe‐, Ag‐ and Sb‐poor sphalerite through interaction with high‐temperature and high‐sulphur fugacity Cu‐rich fluids, responsible for the formation of the yellow ores, resulted in the formation of Cd‐, Fe‐, Ag‐ and Sb‐rich, heavily chalcopyrite‐diseased sphalerite and enrichment of critical metals ...

Petrology and mineralogy of the Ulaan Del Zr-Nb-REE deposit, Lake Zone, Western Mongolia

open access: yesMongolian Geoscientist, 2020
The Ulaan Del deposit is located in the Lake Zone, Western Mongolia. In the area, middle-late Devonian alkali dykes of the Khalzan Complex are hosted in the middle-late Cambrian granodiorite-tonalite of the Togthohiinshil Complex. The alkali dykes of the

The REE isotopic compositions of the Earth [PDF]

open access: yes, 2018
Lanthanides are a group of 14 naturally occurring elements with atomic numbers ranging from 57 (La) to 74 (Lu), which are also known as rare earth elements (REE). REEs are ubiquitous in minerals and rocks.

Acid Resistant and Highly Silver Selective Membranes Based on Charged Nanoporous 2D‐Materials

open access: yesSmall, EarlyView.
In this work, new membranes based on charged & nanoporous nanosheets with unprecedented selectivity to silver versus a wide range of other metallic ions are reported. Furthermore, a demonstrated and lead specific intralamellar lead pathway is demonstrated. A potential applicability for ubiquitous silver in WEEE is validated.

Optimising the REE-Zr-Nb potential of eudialyte and its alteration products in the Ilímaussaq complex, South Greenland [PDF]

open access: yes, 2016
Eudialyte-group minerals are complex alkali-zirconosilicates that crystallise in peralkaline igneous rocks known as agpaitic nepheline syenites 1. They provide important unexploited resources for rare earth elements (REE) and other critical metals such ...
