Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

RIPK4 function interferes with melanoma cell adhesion and metastasis
RIPK4 promotes melanoma growth and spread. RIPK4 levels increase as skin lesions progress to melanoma. CRISPR/Cas9‐mediated deletion of RIPK4 causes melanoma cells to form less compact spheroids, reduces their migratory and invasive abilities and limits tumour growth and dissemination in mouse models.

We argue that goals serve as reference points and alter outcomes in a manner consistent with the value function of Prospect Theory (Kahneman & Tversky, 1979; Tversky & Kahneman, 1992). We present new evidence that goals inherit the properties of the value function-not only a reference point, but also loss aversion and diminishing sensitivity.

Anatomical Reference Points – Indispensable Aids
1. The basis of a precise and uncomplicated osteotomy in the maxilla and midface region is a controlled and systematic approach. Cornerstones of the orientation are topographical-anatomical points/landmarks, which should be surgically identified in every case and at all times in order to be able to constantly have orientation for the surgical process 2.Kessler, Peter +2 more

GEO-SONIC (1988) is an artwork for computer that explores sound, language and geographics. It is a collage of sounds, speech and calligraphy from around the world that leads the participant in associative global dreams and journeys. Sounds sampled by the artists are digitized and played back, juxtaposed with on-screen visual imagery (by use of a track ...

The authors performed two experiments in which subjects were asked to makesimilarity judgments about social concepts, varying the direction of the compar-ison specified by the question. Asymmetries in rated similarity were used todiagnose concepts that function as habitual reference points.

This chapter provides a discussion of the theoretical reference points for this study. The first theoretical reference point attempts to interpret the positions of social actors—as Australian individuals originating from Calabria in Italy—in their ethnic perceptions (of being in the world).

Abstract Two methods were used to test the hypothesis that natural categories (such as colors, line orientations, and numbers) have reference point stimuli (such as focal colors, vertical and horizontal lines, and numbers that are multiples of 10) in relation to which other stimuli of the category are judged. In Experiment I, subjects placed pairs of
