Anion‐exchange doping of conjugated polymers is an effective way to achieve high conductivities. Here, we report over 2000 S cm−1 electrical conductivity for doped P(g3BTTT). In addition, we show that P(g3BTTT) sustains exceptionally high doping levels without any drop in the charge mobility.

Ultra-low reflectivity broadband 1.5μm GaInAsP semiconductor optical amplifiers
Laser amplifiers with facet reflectivities of 3*10/sup -5/ over a bandwidth of 70 nm have been produced by combining a multilayer AR coating with angled device facets. The facet reflectivities were found to be highly reproducible. The amplifiers have a saturated output power in excess of +or-5 dBm.
