The Pupillary Light Reflex in Postgeniculate Lesions

This study was undertaken to investigate the effect of postgeniculate lesions on the pupillary light reflex. The pupil responses to focal, hemifield, and full field light stimuli were recorded in 5 patients with occipital lobe infarcts.
