Monoallelic POLR3A Variants Cause Early‐Onset Peripheral Neuropathy

Objective Biallelic variants in genes encoding the RNA polymerase III complex (Pol III) cause a spectrum of neurological disorders primarily affecting the central nervous system. O2 verbessert den Ladungstransfer in organischen n‐Typ‐Donor‐Akzeptor‐Ladungstransferkomplexen (CTCs) durch physisorptive Passivierung von Ladungsträgerfallen. Durch die Unterdrückung der Rekombination und die Förderung langlebiger delokalisierter Ladungsträger verbessert O2 den Elektronentransport und die Leitfähigkeit ohne Dotierung.
