Two‐Colored Organic Photovoltaic Modules Enabled by Laser Annealing
Solar RRL, Volume 10, Issue 12, 28 June 2026.A CO2 laser is used to perform contactless and spatially resolved annealing of P3HT:O‐IDTBR solar cells and modules. The optical, electrical, and morphological properties of such laser‐annealed devices are investigated and compared to classical hotplate annealing. Finally, upscaling of the laser annealing process yields two‐colored OPV modules with 6.0%
