Optimal Control of Reflux Ratio for Batch Distillation.
KAGAKU KOGAKU RONBUNSHU, 1999 バッチ蒸留では, ユーティリティーコスト最小, 製品量最大という評価関数のもとで還流比の最適軌道が存在する.このような最適軌道をポントリャギンの最大原理により算出する為には, 膨大な繰り返し計算が必要であった.本報では, ハミルトン随伴関数の初期値を修正してゆく計算法を提案する。この計算法と最近のコンピュータの進歩により実時間で最適軌道を計算し還流比を制御できるようになる。また, 最適還流比を状態変数の関数として表した制御テーブルをあらかじめ作成しておく事もできる.これらの制御法は評価関数に対して真に最適な操作となる.
