Symmetry‐broken plasmonic nanoantenna arrays achieve broadband multiresonant enhancement of second harmonic generation (SHG), third harmonic generation (THG), and upconversion photoluminescence (UCPL), under femtosecond laser excitation across the near‐infrared range (1000–1600 nm).

Identifying of the refractive index for the acoustic equation at fixed frequency [PDF]
In this paper we determine a formula for calculating the refractive index ${\bf n}$ for the acoustic equation from the partial Dirichlet to Neumann map(DN) associated to ${\bf n}$. We apply these results to identify locations and values of small volume perturbations of this refractive index at fixed frequency $\omega$.

A Homeostatic Photonic Device Integrating Vapor‐Regulated Thermo‐Optical Feedback Mechanisms
An inorganic homeostatic photonic device is designed to autonomously regulate light, temperature, and vapor sorption through integrated positive and negative feedback mechanisms at multiple wavelengths. The device uses a graded mesoporous 1D photonic crystal coupled with a photothermal layer.

Evaluation of Moderate Refractive Index Nanoantennas for Enhancing the Photoluminescence Signal of Quantum Dots [PDF]
The use of nanostructures to enhance the emission of single-photon sources has withdrawn some attention in last decade due to the development of quantum technologies. In particular, the use of metallic and high refractive index dielectric materials has been proposed. However, the utility of moderate refractive index dielectric nanostructures to achieve

3D Nano‐architected Polymer Shell Enables Reconfigurable Stabilized Blue Phase Soft Crystals
Spherical polymer shells featuring nanostructure of blue phase (BP) disclinations form via in situ photo‐polymerization within BP liquid crystals, providing controlled anchoring for BP nucleation and growth at room temperature and beyond. This architected confinement enhances BP thermal stability over a broad temperature range while enabling dynamic ...
