Refractive index of different perovskite materials
Journal of Materials Research, 2021The perovskite solar cell technologies are the hope of satisfying the huge demand of tomorrow’s energy requirements. The inorganic, organic and mixed perovskite materials are the backbone of modern solar cells. The energy band gap and refractive index of

Index of refraction of germanium
Applied Optics, 2020Measurements of the index of refraction of a sample of high-quality, single-crystal germanium using the minimum deviation refractometry method are presented for temperatures near 22°C and for wavelengths in the range 2 to 14 µm. The standard uncertainty for the measurements ranges from 1.5 × 10 −

Microchannel-based plasmonic refractive index sensor for low refractive index detection.
Applied Optics, 2019A microchannel incorporated photonic crystal fiber (PCF)-based surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensor for detection of low refractive index (RI) at near-infrared wavelength is presented in this paper. To attain a simple and practically feasible mechanism,

Exposure-dependent refractive index of Nanoscribe IP-Dip photoresist layers.
Optics Letters, 2019The refractive indices of photoresists used for direct laser writing (DLW) have been determined after exposure to ultraviolet (UV) light. However, it was anticipated that the refractive index will differ when applying a two-photon polymerization (TPP ...

The refractive index of GaN and its temperature dependence have been measured using plane-parallel platelets with E ⊥ c. In this direction at 300 K the index is 2.67 at 3.38 eV, 2.33 at 1.0 eV, and has an extrapolated value of 2.29 ± 0.005 at 0 eV. The difference in the refractive indices for E ⊥ c and E ‖ c is 1.5 ± 0.2% at 5000 A. A Debye temperature
