Corneal re-innervation following refractive surgery treatments
Laser refractive surgery is one of the most performed surgical procedures in the world. Although regarded safe and efficient, it has side effects. All of the laser based refractive surgical procedures invoke corneal nerve injury to some degree.

MAGTWIST: A compact magnetic rotary actuator, enabling smooth, stepless rotation, and on‐demand locking. Inspired by peristalsis, a soft polymer belt generates a traveling‐wave, enabling 270° rotation when heated. Cooling stiffens the belt, locking it in position and enabling it to withstand high loads.

Methods for evaluating quality of life and vision in patients undergoing lens refractive surgery
PurposeCataract surgery has evolved into a procedure that generally yields the best postoperative refractive result attainable. Patients with multifocal intraocular lenses (IOLs) present higher rates of spectacle independence, although reduced ...

Novel Functional Materials via 3D Printing by Vat Photopolymerization
This Perspective systematically analyzes strategies for incorporating functionalities into 3D‐printed materials via Vat Photopolymerization (VP). It explores the spectrum of achievable functionalities in recently reported novel materials—such as conductive, energy‐storing, biodegradable, stimuli‐responsive, self‐healing, shape‐memory, biomaterials, and
