ABSTRACT Gut microbiota dysbiosis promotes colorectal cancer (CRC) tumorigenesis. A global fecal metagenomic analysis identified Gemella morbillorum as a key contributor to the CRC‐associated microbiota. Fluorescence in situ hybridization revealed that Gemella morbillorum is enriched in CRC tumor tissues compared to adjacent normal tissues.

A Microbial Lipid‐ATP Synthase Axis Fuels NK Cell Antitumor Activity
This study focuses on the mechanism by which gut microbiota‐derived outer membrane vesicles (OMVs) regulate NK cell antitumor activity. B. intestinalis is identified to decrease extra‐intestinal tumor growth via its OMVs enriched in sphingosine (SP).

Performance Study on R513A as Alternative to R407C in Locomotive Air-conditioning System
R513A is a new environmental-friendly refrigerant blended with R134a and R1234yf, featuring a GWP100 of 574, which is significantly lower than that of R407C. To verify the applicability of replacing R407C with R513A in locomotive air-conditioning systems,

Very Low GWP Refrigerant R-516A for R-134a replacement in Commercial Refrigeration
Efforts continue to find alternative next generation refrigerants with low environmental impact. While Global Warming Potential (GWP) is an easy indicator to screen for refrigerants with low direct CO2 emissions, there are other important aspects to consider such as safety, performance, compatibility, stability, etc.

Plastin‐2 (PLS2) is identified as a dual‐function receptor on DCs that mediates both nanoparticle uptake and immunomodulation. A nanobody‐LNP platform is engineered to integrate antigen delivery with relicensing DCs. The therapeutic strategy elicits potent anti‐tumor T cell responses and leads to significant inhibition of established tumors in vivo ...

Sub‐Unit‐Cell Logic Governs Transport in TPMS Architectures
ABSTRACT Next‐generation energy, thermal, and chemical systems require architectures capable of highly efficient transport across multiple length scales. Triply periodic minimal surfaces (TPMS), first conceptualized in 1865, offer inherently scalable geometries with exceptional transport potential, yet mechanistic links between topology and performance
