ビスコースレーヨンの延伸時における挙動と微細組織との関係を知るために, 凝固力の異なる浴を用いてつくられた3種の等方性モデル糸を, ザンテート状態および再生膨潤状態で延伸して, 膨潤度, 配向度, 結晶化度などの変化を測定した。この3種のモデル糸の等方性状態における微細組織の相違は膨潤度においていちじるしく,結晶の大きさボやや異なるが結晶化度は大差ないと考えられているものである。これらを延伸し乾燥した場合,結晶化度は変化しないがセグメント配向の増加のしかたがそれぞれことなり,概して高膨潤度のものの方が同じ延伸率に対して低い配向度を与えることを認めた。また再生状態よりもザンテート状態で延伸する方が延伸効率は悪いが高延伸率,高配向度のものが得られやすい ...
