We show that the majority of the 18 analyzed recurrent cancer‐associated ERBB4 mutations are transforming. The most potent mutations are activating, co‐operate with other ERBB receptors, and are sensitive to pan‐ERBB inhibitors. Activating ERBB4 mutations also promote therapy resistance in EGFR‐mutant lung cancer.

Changes of the Arctic climate under the SRES B2 scenario conditions
In the framework of the Sonderforschungsbereich 512 ("Cyclones and the North Atlantic climate system"), regional climate simulations of a control period (nominally 1970-1979) and future Arctic climate (2070-2079) have been conducted with the regional ...

A framework for modeling uncertainty in regional climate change [PDF]
In this study, we present a new modeling framework and a large ensemble of climate projections to investigate the uncertainty in regional climate change over the United States (US) associated with four dimensions of uncertainty.

Upscaling fluxes from towers to regions, continents and global scales using datadriven approaches [PDF]
Quantifying the current carbon cycle of terrestrial ecosystems requires that we translate spatially sparse measurements into consistent, gridded flux estimates at the regional scale.

A spatial context-aware model for climate model data fusion
Acquiring more accurate climate model data is crucial for conducting precise regional climate studies. Most studies use linear weighting methods or a single machine learning model fusing multiple climate model datasets to reduce uncertainty.

Weight assignment in regional climate models [PDF]
An important new development within the European ENSEMBLES project has been to explore performance-based weighting of regional climate models (RCMs). Until now, although no weighting has been applied in multi-RCM analyses, one could claim that an assumption of ‘equal weight’ was implicitly adopted.

Developmental, Neuroanatomical and Cellular Expression of Genes Causing Dystonia
ABSTRACT Objective Dystonia is one of the most common movement disorders, with variants in multiple genes identified as causative. However, an understanding of which developmental stages, brain regions, and cell types are most relevant is crucial for developing relevant disease models and therapeutics.
