Machine‐Learning Decomposition Identifies a Big Two Structure in Human Personality with Distinct Neurocognitive Profiles

Using machine learning on a mega‐scale global dataset (n = 1,336,840) reveals a robust personality trait architecture beyond the Big Five. A Big Two model, broadly capturing social engagement and internal mentation, defines a geometric space that links personality to neurocognitive profiles.

rWTC‐MBTA Vaccine, Alone and Enhanced with Anti‐PD1, Elicits Immune Responses against CNS and Peripheral B‐Cell Lymphoma

An autologous whole‐tumor‐cell vaccine (rWTC‐MBTA) is evaluated in murine CNS lymphoma. Subcutaneous vaccination activates dendritic cells, broadens T‐cell priming, and drives lymphocyte trafficking to brain tumors, producing durable tumor control. A flexible, ultrathin multi‐channel microelectrode array (MEA) conformally integrated onto a curved slide‐well enables stable electrical interfacing with 3D cardiac organoids. The geometry‐guided self‐alignment allows simultaneous recording of extracellular field potentials and contractile motion from irregular, beating tissues.
