Low‐Temperature Remote Plasma Synthesis of Highly Porous TiO2 as Electron Transport Layers in Perovskite Solar Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.
This work presents low‐temperature (<200 °C) TiO2 electron transport layers synthesized via plasma polymerization and etching of a Ti phthalocyanine precursor. The resulting nanostructured films enhance the optical and electronic properties of halide perovskite solar cells, achieving an efficiency of 14.6%. This method provides a scalable, eco‐friendly

RAMUS: Printable, Mechanically‐Tunable and Biodegradable Cellulose‐Mediated Composites

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.
Ramus, a Latin term meaning “branch,” develops large‐scale, ambient conditions additively manufactured, and biodegradable cellulose‐based biomaterial composites able to mediate their structural capacity from micro to macroscale. Abstract Ramus develops large‐scale, ambient conditions additively manufactured, and biodegradable cellulose‐based ...

Direct Patterning of TiO2 Nanotube Bundle Platforms for Viologen‐Enhanced Electrochromism

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.
This study presents a programmable 3D printing‐based anodization platform for rapid, direct patterning of TiO2 nanotube bundles on Ti substrates using chloride electrolytes. The system achieves high‐speed fabrication (1 mm s−1) at low voltages (15–60 V), producing well‐defined nanostructures within seconds.

Smart Sampling Capsule for Capture and Detection of Enteric Pathogens in the Small Intestine

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
An ingestible smart sampling capsule for capturing asymptomatic enteric pathogens at their primary sites of interaction within the small intestine. This capability enables non‐invasive detection of early pathogen colonization within the gut environment prior to fecal shedding, providing a robust approach for pathogen surveillance and microbiome studies.
